RESCHEDULING:
All sales are final with no refunds. Reservations may be rescheduled without forfeiture of funds paid with 24 hour notice prior to scheduled reservation time by emailing request to Reservations@TourHelicopter.com.
DEPOSIT POLICY:
Your nonrefundable deposit secures your time slot for one of our Helicopter or Panoramic Airplane Tours. Your deposit amount will be applied towards total cost of route selected when you arrive at our departure location.
EQUIPMENT USAGE:
Aircraft and/or aircraft type substitution is possible at any time without notice.
Flight cancelation due to pilot discretion, weather or equipment maintenance requirements is possible without notice or compensation.
GROUP FLIGHT POLICY:
All discounted group flights require full helicopters, a three paid seat minimum in our Robinson R44 helicopters or a six paid seat minimum in our Bell Long Ranger helicopter. If you reserve with fewer than minimums in your party you may join others who wish to fly the same route when you arrive. However, if minimums are not met for selected route, you will need to select and pay the cost of a private tour route.
Maximum weight per person is 300 lbs. or 136 kg. Passengers weighing more than 200 pounds may be required to pay for an additional seat.
All passengers older than 24 months of age will pay regular price per seat.
Passengers within shared group flights may be combined with others or seated separately within different aircraft as necessary to maximize utility and safety.
Passengers failing to arrive and check in at least 30 minutes prior to scheduled departure time must take private route or forfeit deposit.
PRIVACY POLICY:
We respect and are committed to protecting your privacy. We may collect personally identifiable information when you visit our site. We also automatically receive and record information on our server logs from your browser including your IP address, cookie information and the page(s) you visited. We will not sell your personally identifiable information to anyone. Data collected will be used to process your payment and further business with our companies.

Your payment and personal information is always safe. Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet.
